JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead on daily interaction with sales team in order to:
o Understand insights and objectives gained from client meetings
o Stay ahead of business needs and drive future business performance in key categories
- Oversee daily interaction with college national sales team in order to provide appropriate sales tools and understand insights and objectives gained from client meetings
o Oversee the creation of presentation materials to support sponsorship sales
o Oversee output of 60% of presentation materials for national sponsorship sales across all categories
o Oversee sales timeline and status of national sales team prospects to entire support team and coordinate efforts of all s! upport stakeholders (research, activation, etc)

- Oversee the follow-up process and materials output for on-going national dialogue for partnerships inclusive of follow up proposals, media plans, pricing and media evaluation
? Analyze research findings that best demonstrate brand alignment and high index against designated target opportunities
- Lead in category development, analysis & tracking with operations and all IMG College verticals
- Interface and build relationships with business partners across IMG properties/business units
- Gain a thorough understanding of IMG business units & marketing assets to:
o Maximize partnership value and drive client objective! s
o Assist in identification of potential business targets
- Management of National Programming Manager (Manager will have a coordinator reporting to him/her) and Inventory Coordinator
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelorâs Degree
- Minimum of eight (8) â" ten (10) years of sports marketing agency or client-based sponsorship account management experience or specific disciplines such as sponsorship marketing, event marketing, media sales and media buying required
- Experience from a collegiate sports property preferred
- Experience managing the development and implementation of sponsorship marketing strategy on behalf of client or company preferred
- Ability to manage and lead several projects and deliverables at one time
- Excellence in presentation skills
- Experience with sponsorship contract negotiations, on-site event marketing operations and logistic! s preferred
- Ability to think strategically and creatively !
- Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
- Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel 10-15% of the time
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel
