Accounts Receivable Specialist

More complete informations about this career opportunity please read the description below. Summary: Process all balance sheet related accounts receivable functions. Collections excluded. Hours are 8am-5pm
Primary Responsibilities: Perform ! customer account maintenance and reconciliation. Post daily sales and balance/ reconcile front counter (cash register) activity daily. Process international invoicing functions including entering data into computer systems. Process billing and cash application on behalf of customers. Process any accounts receivable adjustment transactions. Evaluate warranty account discrepancies and variances and collaborate with division personnel to resolve timely and post properly.
Qualifications: HS Diploma and work experience in a related field required. Associate degree in Accounting or Business preferred. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. Excellent Customer Service Skills
