Put your experience sourcing for food retail or manufacturing to work with a well-known global brand today!The Int'l Sourcing Associate is responsible for the development, implementation and management of sourcing strategies in assigned categories in support of the supply needs of the international operations and the availability of lowest cost sources of materials that meet internal standards of quality. The qualified candidate will have: • BA Degree in Business or related field, MBA is preferred• 4 or more years of experience in a Sourcing Role• CPM certification is a plus• Hands-on experience in the food industry is ideal• Retail support and manufacturing industry experience is preferred• Bilingual, strong written and verbal communication skills to support India and International needs is a plus• Experience working with international / overseas vendors• Experience with technolo! gy and computer programs for management and analysis of data â! €¢ Proficient with vendors, vendors management and skillful negotiations • Able to travel, at times heavy as needed internationally Industry: Sourcing, Buyer, Procurement, international, food, food ingredients, retail, supply channel, suppliers, category, CPM, supplier performance
