Description: Special Counsel is presently looking of Contracts Paralegal right now, this position will be placed in New York. For detail informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. Global Corporation is looking for a paralegal with 6+ years contracts experience. Candidates must have at least 6 years experience drafting and revising commercial contracts, contracts administra! tion as well as experience maintaining database of regulatory and contracts information. Candidates should ideally (though not required) also have corporate governance experience maintaining corporate minute books, drafting meeting notices, Board of Directors and shareholder consents and preparing other corporate organizational documents. Candidates must also have a Bachelor's degree as well as strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
