This person will contribute to attainment of the bottom and top line goals of the personal lines auto division through the application of Te! lematics technology
Job functions include:
- Primary responsibility â€" Lead the global Telematics programs through creation and management of superior Telematics based auto products
- Provide guidance to the local countries auto product teams on best practices in Telematics
- Keep AIG at the forefront of Telematics knowledge through engagement and review of Telematics vendors, including selection and trial of different technologies
- Provide program management and overview of the Telematics programs in pre-pilot, pilot and customer launch phases for the global auto product manager
- Train product managers on how to best implement Telematics program using effective pricing, rewards systems and behavior change theory
- Coordinate all Telematics programs with Science, Legal and Procurement units
- Undergraduate degree from accredited college or university
- At! least three years experience in Telematics
- At least ! five years experience in pricing or product management for a property/casualty insurance company
- Facility with market-based analysis, competitive position and rate comparisons a plus
- Software skills: Excel required; other database software a plus.
