The Trade Management Associate is an entry level position in a top investment bank in NYC. The Trade Management Associate is a vital member in Clearing Operations team and must demonstrate advanced technical skills with Microsoft products. The ideal candidate will have impeccable communication skills and a solid working knowledge of the trade lifecycle. A creative problem solver whom is able to simplify processes will be an asset to this team.
Trade Management Associate Responsibilities:
Serve as the liaison for customer inquiries, nurturing relationships, solving problems and escalating issues to the proper departments as necessary
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the firm’s investment products
Monitor compliance and uphold both internal and industry standards
Assist in trade reconciliations and clearing, streamlining processes wherever possible
Trade! Management Associate Requirements:
Bachelor's degree ! in Finance or related field
1+ year experience in financial services
Strong knowledge of post-trade equity processing
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Solid Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
Commitment to customer services and exceeding expectations
Ability to work in a team and manage high-pressure environments
This Trade Management Associate role is an entry level finance consulting position in NYC that is expected to last at least 9 months with the possibility of going permanent and pays an annualized salary of $38,000 ($19 per hour).
