Position Summary Manage and maintain all end user systems including computers, software, networking, user administration, troubleshooting and telephone systems. Monitors all systems for errors, ta! kes appropriate action and advises team accordingly. Answers the helpdesk line, enters tickets, addresses problems or requests accordingly or delegates if beyond hisher capacity. Proactively maintains up-to-date knowledge of all software and desktop hardware used by company for prompt troubleshooting and training staff.
REQUIREMENTS Education Associateâs degree in IT administration, computer technical school or experience Experience Minimum of 1 to 2 years hands on experience in windows desktop hardware and software. Healthcare industry experience a plus. Special Skills Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of Windows hardware and software including Microsoft Office.
Windows Server and Exchange administration, software and web development, and HHA Exchange a plus. The ability to work effectively with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds in a fast pace, stressful environment.
