MS Office Support Trainer

The trainer will be responsible for supporting users after they are migrated from MS Office 2003 to 2010. They will perform assesments prior! to the deployment and prepare users for the migration. Candidate will host proactive training courses regarding the differences between Office 2003 and 2010, as well as assist deskside to answer any questions related to the application post-migration.
Job Requirements
Extensive and intensive knowledge of MS Office 2010: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Previous support and training experience in a enterprise-level financial environment
At least 3 years of MS Office training experience: hosting one on one training sessions as well as classroom style training classes. Previous experience creating training documents and 'cheat-sheets' for the users.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ideal candidate will have begun their career as a Desktop Support Analyst and then made their way into a Trainer role.
