Our client has an established track record of mid market Private ! Equity investing across the USA and Europe. They invest in deals of $10 million or greater with firms that generate revenues of $20 million to $500 million. The team combines 75 years of investment experience across industries, mainly service based (consumer, TMT, healthcare, industrials)

The role:

• Working with on investments from origination to execution.
• Active involvement working with management teams
• Generating investment ideas
• Collaborating with the senior partners on a daily basis.
• Ability to work in a lean structure with flat hierarchy

Requirements:

• Ideally 2-4 years of M&A or Private equity experience
• A proven track record of executing principle or M&A advisory transactions
• Graduated from a top business school i.e. a focus on finance.
• Have a problem solving mentality as well as strong analytical intuition.
• Able to communicate and intera! ct with the business effectively.
