Basic Function:
TM Fulfillment is dedicated to the support of Treasury Management services for Commercial clients, performing the set-up and ensuring full availability/functionality of services (Balance Reporting, Wire Initiation and ACH Origination, Positive Pay, Check Management, and Credit Manager) on the
Web
InfoPLU$ system platform as well as Commercial Single Sign-On, Remote Check Deposit, Remote Deposit Capture, Wire Services suite, Commercia! l eStatements, ACH Monitor, remitONE, and Data Exchange produc! ts as well as authentication Token Device fulfillment.
This position will be responsible for tasks related to the service implementation, support, and risk controls for these products; including working closely with the team; business, operations, and technology partners; as well as service vendors.
TM Fulfillment’s core competency and focus is service implementation.
Responsibilities:
§
Primarily responsible for fulfillment of client service set-up requests, actioning them within the various systems â€" often in conjunction with operational partners.
§
Successful absorption/adoption of continuous training/procedural changes with services and systems in a rapidly changing environment.
§
Participate actively in ongoing and iterative process improvement initiatives within the team and with multiple internal partners.
§
Daily review, analysis, and working of exception, va! lidation, and billing reports.
§
Manage the receipt of daily informational data feeds received from internal partners, external vendors, and the Federal Reserve, ensuring all are made available to customers for Balance Reporting; coordinating escalation and surrounding impacts should there be issues.
