Job Description:
- Prepare quarterly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Statement of Capital Funds, with all the supporting schedules for the 10Q/10K disclosures.
- Assist with the implementation of corporate initiatives
- Ensure key risks and issues relating to financial reporting are identified, documented, and communicated
- Prepare various analysis and detailed schedu! les on a quarterly basis to be submitted to corporate -Prepare! various analysis and detailed schedules on a quarterly basis to be submitted to corporate
- Prepare journal entries; verify supporting documentation and ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Ensure the integrity and quality of all US GAAP entries impacting the consolidated financial statements.
- Work on Compliance of disclosures, legal entity changes, and/or internal management requirements.
- Assist with corporate initiatives
- Ensure issue resolution, project execution, and prioritization of consolidation related issues.
- 7 or more years of experience in financial reporting and consolidations
- B.A. / B.S degree in the field of accounting is required. CPA and Public Accounting experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, Word, Access and Powerpoint.
- Strong verbal, written and presentation skills are essential.
