Purpose
This individual will report to the Marketing Manager on the coordination and implementation of all
marketing and event programs for A. Lange & Söhne within North America.
Responsibilities
-- Develop and execute brand retail and wholesale events; organize and participate in watch exhibitions,
national and global events.
-- Coordinate end-customer manufactory visits and retailer training meetings.
-- Work closely with Marketing Manager to develop strategic partnerships in the US.
-- Take active role to support in the implementation of future boutique, corner/shop in shop projects.
-- ! Act as main point of contact for advertising; ensure implementation of both coop and national media
programs.
-- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of all events, visits and actions, as per yearly action plans within
dedicated system.
-- Daily monitoring of CRM system; manage weekly mailings and requests, create targeted customer lists.
-- Ensure accurate planning and ordering of all event related materials; compile monthly tracking reports of
inventory levels, outstanding orders, and anticipate ordering needs through forecasting.
-- Represent ALS as a brand ambassador with VIPs, retailers and clients.

-- Excellent organization skills, detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in! dependently and as a team player.
-- Flexibility to travel frequent! ly 20%
-- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel
-- Knowledge of SAP systems is a plus.
