Job Purpose:
Responsible for providing application and technical support to business applications, including Microsoft Power App, Oracle EBS ERP, Microsoft Power BI, and other business applications. The primary function of this role is to resolve issues reported by users, develop new features according to user requirements, and ensure smooth application operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to business applications,
- Collaborate with users to understand business requirements
- Develop new features and enhancements to existing applications.
- Support User Acceptance Test and deployment
- Ensure smooth application operations through monitoring and proactive maintenance
Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in software development
- Experience in using Microsoft 365 products, especially Power Apps, MS Flow, and SharePoint.
- Experience in Oracle Applications E-Business Suite.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL
- Able to speak and write in English.
