Job Title: Customer Service and Programs Associate Level 1

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Programs Associate Level 1. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, while also assisting with program tasks. You will work closely with the sales team, customer service team, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and program success.

Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service to clients via phone, email, and in person
- Process customer orders and returns, and ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist with program tasks such as program setup, tracking, and reporting to include project planning and schedule coordination with sales, contract management and operations
- Manage and maintain customer account information, including contact details and order history
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Oracle software to perform job duties efficiently and effectively

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and company products to provide informed support and recommendations to customers

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Oracle software

- Familiarity with manufacturing, distribution, and operations preferred

- Customer service experience preferred, but not required

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
