As an entry-level Marketing Specialist at Sterling Urgent Care, you will play a vital role in planning, executing, and managing marketing initiatives to enhance the brand’s visibility and drive patient acquisition. You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various marketing projects, ensuring their timely completion, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing objectives. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Develop project plans, set clear objectives, and coordinate the execution of marketing initiatives to achieve desired outcomes. Monitor project timelines, identify potential roadblocks, and implement solutions to ensure successful completion.
2. Work closely with internal teams such as sales, content, and digital marketing, as well as external vendors and agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects. Foster effective communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.
3. Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media and events. Ensure that campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and deliver consistent messaging.
4. Monitor the performance of marketing initiatives, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to direct supervisors.
5. Conduct research and analysis on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to inform marketing strategies and identify opportunities for growth. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and recommend innovative marketing approaches.
6. Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets. Monitor expenses, track costs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources for marketing projects.
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing plans and strategies
2. Manage and prioritize marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met
3. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors and agencies to execute marketing campaigns
4. Monitor and report on the performance of marketing initiatives using appropriate metrics.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends and competitive insights.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging marketing trends
7. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
8. Assist in budget planning and resource allocation for marketing projects
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of marketing processes and workflows
10. May staff company booth or exhibit at trade and community fairs
11. May be referral person for questions on department communications materials
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
1. 3-5 years of solid marketing experience, preferably within the healthcare field
2. Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
Experience:
1. Strong understanding of marketing principles, and tactics
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Proficiency in project management software and tools
4. Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time, while meeting assigned deadlines.
5. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
7. Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools is a plus
