Responsibilities:
Coordinating housekeeping and maintenance related activities.
Overseeing guest communication and experience from initial booking to guest arrival, throughout their stay and during their departure.
Researching and sourcing qualified properties via market investigation (real estate agencies, property adds, etc).
Reviewing the arrival/departure list daily and assists in ensuring the apartment preparation before arrival and attend inspection to maintain excellent property condition after departure.
Responding quickly to calls/messages.
Coordinating resolution tasks for challenging situations, whilst keeping the customer informed of their actions (challenging situations may include maintenance, technicians, contractors, cleaners etc.).
Managing service recovery with guests who are unsatisfied with the experience, product and troubleshoot any issues in line with the Company’s policies.
Requirements:
University degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management or any relevant field
Preferably Demonstrated work experience in a similar role
Ability to work in shifts based on a rotation basis as per hospitality standards including on weekends and holidays when required
Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (written and spoken)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
EU driving license is required
