Responsibilities include:
- Manage all the activities within production process, including maintenance, repairs and people
- Ensure that the production facility meets health and safety regulations
- Lead the implementation of the ISO9001 standard and ensure the accreditation is maintained
- Define and execute annual production plan
- Provide input into product design to ensure that new products can be produced with time and cost-effectiveness as key drivers
- Analyse budgets and continuously control production costs to identify/rectify waste.
- Develop and maintain a production schedule that ensures accurate and fast turnaround time
- Proactively monitor key inventory items and liaise with the supply chain team to prevent inventory stock-outs issues
- Lead a continuous improvement process in production and manage changes effectively.
- Focus on growing revenue by implementing necessary changes to product/production line, streamlining production workflow and implementing an internal Production SLA.

Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Production Management/ Operations Management
- Mechanical Engineering Diploma or Management Service/Industrial Engineering.
