Looking for a bilingual case manager for a busy personal injury law firm in California.
Experience preferred at least 2 years. This person ideally will be looking for a long term job to be a part of an awesome team. No drama here. Job duties include speaking with clients with empathy and understanding, assisting them throughout their treatment and concerns during their personal injury claim. Someone who is a hard worker, team player, willing to step in and help is important. It is a faced-paced atmosphere at times, so it is important to be able to prioritize, be efficient, and have excellent follow up skills.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, stay on top of numerous cases as this person will have their own case load and then assist the attorney as needed.
Pay to commensurate with experience.
