About Your Work

Under general supervision of Practice Operation Supervisor, the Receptionist role is responsible for providing a welcoming, professional greeting to patients and other visitors to the practice and performing administrative functions that contribute to keeping the medical practice running efficiently.

You will focus on:

· Greets and registers patients for their appointment; provides the necessary paperwork, confirms and/or updates insurance coverage and patient demographic information

· Collects patient balances and co-pays, appropriately tracks and records all payments collected and assists patients with their benefits questions

· Supports incoming calls and other office correspondence, including scheduling and confirming appointments, triaging calls for clinical team

The Skills, Experience & Education You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GE
  • EMR - EPIC experience
  • Level 1 has 2+ years of experience, Level 2 has 4+ years experience

  • Hours of Operation: M-F / 8a-5p

Benefits:

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
