Job Summary

The primary responsibility of a Fulfillment Analyst is to deliver client and partner communications, manage quarterly reporting and generate annual notices. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter interested in utilizing problem solving, technical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Delivery of all communications in a consistent and timely manner based on user group
  • Planning and organizing workflows to meet client expectations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be involved in creating policies, procedures, and control mechanisms to ensure client satisfaction
  • Interpret data, analyze results, and provide ongoing reports.
  • Ensuring customer interaction is consistent across departments and processes
  • Manage the quarterly model performance process, by analyzing and posting the data into system databases
  • Driving further enhancements to existing processes by focusing on the customer experience
  • Working with the Project Management and Marketing teams to design, implement and monitor communications/fulfillment processes
  • Overseeing account level reporting and distributions to clients (i.e., monthly, quarterly, and annually)
  • Prepare client sensitive information for distribution and mailing
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in SQL highly preferred
  • Demonstrated strong PC skills including Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Teams
  • Retirement plan experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative and ownership, and develops meaningful and effective working relationships
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and build relationships across the organization
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to comprehend technical systems and processes
  • Salesforce.com experience is a plus
  • Knowledge and experience with data retrieval and manipulation with SQL queries

Remote Work Information

Compensation Information

The average salary for this position is expected to be between $16.83 and $28.85 an hour, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. We do not anticipate candidates to be paid at the top of the range however, from time to time, it may occur on a case-by-case basis.
