Responsibilities:

What you’ll be doing

• Maintain cleanliness of the community grounds, lobby, amenities, common spaces including the conference room, elevators, fitness center, parking area.
• Pull out, sort, maintain refuse areas (M-W-F).
• Bi-lingual is ideal or English-speaking candidate is ideal.
• Day-to-day maintenance of the community.
• Tracking inventory.
• Perform general and preventative maintenance repairs.
• Touch Up paint where needed.
• Responsible for routine maintenance and emergency problems if needed.
• Keeps storage facilities and equipment in an organized way and in working condition.

What’s needed to do the job

You’ll be ensuring tenants, guests and vendors have a clean, healthy and safe property to live or work in. It’s important to be polite and respectful as well as thorough and observant of what more can be done to provide the highest level of service.

…and now the Requirements

• Any Residential or Commercial site cleaning experience as a Janitor, Custodian, Porter or Matron.
• Familiar with using cleaning products and equipment to clean floors and carpets.
• Able to work on a team as well as independently when needed.
• Willing to stand on your feet for extended periods of time.
• A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
