Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates on their requests
- Maintain a professional and courteous phone etiquette at all times
- Effectively communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Utilize bilingual skills (Spanish/English) to assist Spanish-speaking customers
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services to customers
- Analyze customer interactions and provide feedback to improve overall customer experience
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to effectively analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required
Technical Requirements:
-USB VoIP Headset is required
•Minimum 8 GB RAM required
•MUST maintain the most recent version of Windows 10 or 11 (fully patched with no pending updates)
•Logitech h390 USB headset & Plantronics Model C320
•I5 Processor (or AMD equivalent) required (i7 processor preferred)
