The sales closing position is the most vital position to the business. This position is the revenue maker for the company and a significant component of our relationship with our clients.

As a closer, you must be a competitive, proactive, and driven individual to succeed in this role. You will conduct sales calls with potential clients and, upon the client's qualification, will offer/sell/onboard clients into our program.

Responsibilities:
- Handle 4 - 7 inbound booked sales calls per day (30 - 45 mins per call).
- Understand customer needs to navigate customers throughout the call ethically
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new sales opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

  • Daily script review and practice objection handling.
  • Persistent follow-up - follow up at least 7x per lead.
  • Objection handling
  • Manual pre-call reminders
  • Persistent follow-ups

Requirements:
- Previous experience in inbound sales or a related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Slack, Loom, HubSpot, Calendly, and other digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of performance marketing, advertising, social media management, marketing automation, and email marketing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
