Title Warehouse Team Member - Shipper

Division/Department Retail Logistics

Reports to RSC Department Manager

Description

Do it Best is ready to help you build your long-term career in our Sikeston, MO distribution center. We offer weekly pay, day shift (M-F), premium-free healthcare, annual bonus, generous company contributions toward retirement, and much more.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop and grow your skill sets in a variety of logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.

As a Do it Best team member you can also expect:

• Wages starting at $16.50 /hr with regular increases to $22.00 /hr
• Regular weekday hours
• A drug-free work environment that focuses on everyone’s safety
• Generous paid time off available at 60 days

Qualified candidates must be able to:

• Repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs
• Occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs
• Assist in team lifts
• Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, stoop
• Perform work at floor level, waist level or above shoulders
