Location: New York New York

Description: Able Digital Marketing is at present looking to employ Awesome Social Media Intern right now, this career will be placed in New York. We are a small, creative, FUN digital marketing agency in NYC, catering exclusively to the food, wine and hospitality industry. Were looking for an intern to help us implement digital and social media marketing campaigns for our clients. Youll get to work in a festive office surrounded by cool, talented people.

Duties:

• Help develop and manage social media campaigns on Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, and other platforms (as necessary).
• Work directly with Account Managers, helping them carry out social media strategies; work with the Digital Content Manager to help create engaging content for clients
• Communicate with clients as deemed necessary by Account Managers
• Assist in tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and gathering data for monthly marketing reports
• Perform research of industry influencers, competitors, etc.
• Help brainstorm: creative ideas are always welcome!

What do you need in order to work for us?

• Be active in social media platforms, either personally or professionally (send us your Twitter handle and/or a link to your blog)
• Have good writing skills
• Have a strong understanding of the digital space and its marketing potential
• Have an interest in food and wine
• Be a social, organized team player

This is an internship position with solid growth potential. It will start with a stipend to cover your travel and food expenses for a period of 3 months, and can potentially lead to a Social Media Account Coordinator position.
