- Hands on knowledge of design patterns and Object Oriented techniques
- 7+ years of designing and building ASP.NET applications using C#
- Proficient in Microsoft Communication Stack - WCF
- Possess extensive experience with implementation of web applications using ASP.NET, JQuery, Silverlight framework
- Familiar with SQL Server 2005/2008 and capable of writing complex SQL statements
- Must be an independent contributor and be able to tackle design/implementation problems independently
- Develops relationships with client and seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and manages client expectations effectively
- Passionate about technology and generates enthusiasm among team members
- Knowledge of Capital Market Industry is a plus
- Knowledge of SharePoint portal development and complex workflow
