The Loss Prevention Manager is a senior executive position managing all aspects of Loss Prevention in the store. This position is responsible for internal and external shortage, fraudulent activity prevention, safely compliance and store training on profit protection.
Train, develop and motivate store associates and the loss prevention staff on profit protection practices, emergency awareness, risk management and policy compliance. Performs internal and external fraudulent investigations, ensure audit compliance, and enforcement of merchandise protection standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Performs additional tasks as required Candidates must possess strong leadership and organizational skills as well as effective verbal and written communication skills. They must have superlative people skills and be able to build strong relationships to protect company assets while being an effective team member and business partner in all aspects of the organization. Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred. Individual must have knowledge of retail loss prevention processes, management of team experience and experience in managing a budget.
