We are looking for multiple inside sales consultants to provide service and consultation to customers pertaining to all aspects of our products.
This position starts at $1! 0/hour and is a contract-to-hire job - as long as you show up to work on time with a positive attitude and a desire to be successful, you will be brought on permanently! Upon being brought on permanently, the AVERAGE worker in this position makes around $35,000 with commission (all leads are provided). The earning potential is uncapped - what you put into this job will equal what you get out of it!
The position is primarily telephone sales, but some face to face sales may be necessary. All of the leads for these calls will be hot or warm! This is not a cold-calling position but cold-calling experience is accepted and desirable. All phone calls will be made to current clients of our company. Your role would be to grow the account base through repeat purchases and new orders geared to their specific business needs. We're looking for dynamic individuals who are able to work as a sales rep in a fast paces, professional, business -to- business office.
Duties! :
- Meet/exceed sales goals monthly, quarterly ! and yearly
- Identify areas of opportunity for new businesses with existing customers
- Provide input and customer feedback on new products or marketing efforts
- 1+ years of sales experience
- 1+ years of telecommunication experience
- Self-motivated with a history of driving sales in pervious positions
- Positive "can do" attitude and willingness to accept responsibility and constructive criticism
- Excellent work history and reliability
- Ability to multi-task is a fast paced environment
