- Responsible for assisting in the day to day maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and in preparing basic financial reports.
- Partici! pates in month end close, assists in the preparation and posting of journal entries, performs basic account analysis and bank
- Assist accounting staff with the analysis of financial statements and preparation of explanations for variances.
- Assist accounting staff with the preparation, organization and filing of journal entries, workpapers and financial reports
- Rotation between various functions within the accounting department including inventory, cash, fixed assets and branch reporting. This will
- Interact with and assist cost center managers from all functional areas.
- Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of MSC’s mission.
- Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
