PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Responsible for the sales of LifeWorks Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services in the assigned territory. Previous experience in EAP, Insurance, Benefits or HR is preferred. Solid business, interpersonal skills, product knowledge, marketing, and organizational process skills are key requireme! nts.
The Role:
A senior sales executive, r! esponsible for all business development activities including prospecting, qualifying, selling & contracting within the assigned territory. Will act as a subject matter expert and will employ a consultative sales approach focusing sales activities on Ceridianâs Health and Productivity Suite (LifeWorks and associated products including EAP, Disability Management, Wellness, Organizational Services) but will also understand how and when to introduce Ceridianâs full suite of offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Develops and prospects new EAP business in the assigned territory through cold calling into assigned accounts, lead generation and networking.
Meets with C-level decision makers to analyze their needs/requirements and presents appropriate LifeWorks solutions.
Provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations to prospects or clients, and quotes appropriate customer prices.
Presents a positive corp! orate image to partners, clients, and fellow employees.
Tracks and reports on sales activity
Keeps abreast of trends in the industry and competitive practices.
Participates in any Regional forums industry events to network and promote Ceridianâs EAP services.
Coordinates contracting process and transfers new accounts for implementation.
Achieve/exceed assigned sales quota
Maintain current knowledge of Ceridian products/services to execute sales
Travel - 50%
Education and Experience:
Minimum of five years experience in EAP/Wellness/Benefit sales, with a proven track record for generating new business and exceeding quota
University Degree at the post-graduate level in a field appropriate to Health & Productivity or Business Administration
Knowledge of EAP, the Insurance industry or group benefits.
Valid driverâs license
PC Skills, Experience selling Human! Resources (HRIS) solutions, EAP, WorkLife and Benefits
