The role will provide strategic guidance for current and future business needs related to PGS execution within the CSA portfolio. This leadership role will partner with the Continuous Monitoring, Regional Productivity, Technology Risk and PGS execution organizations to identify risks and opportunities for productivity gains within the CSA steam fleet, and drive new execution initiatives that result in Productivity gains across PGS, for parts, repairs, inspections and outage services.
Essential Responsibilities
In addition, you will:
Develop and drive strategic programs to improve Steam Turbine Contractual Service performance globally
Review the entire CSA portfolio and gain a working knowledge of ST content therein
Work with Continuous Monitoring to understand CSA ST Catalog inputs and pacing
Utilize CSA Catalog targets as basis for strategi! c and tactical execution focus areas
Partner with bot! h RTCOEs, Lean Team, LCE and Platform leaders to guide development of new processes and tooling, with a focus on CSA fleet needs
Work with Life Cycle Engineering (LCE), Contractual Performance Managers (CPM), Region Service Managers and Service Directors to identify most significant CSA outage challenges upcoming quarter, outage season, current year and following year
Define strategic execution roll-out plan globally
Partner closely with Project Control organization for coordination of best in class template schedule with PCS cost tracking initiatives for CSA fleet.
Coordinate with the regional execution teams, Performance Services, Optimization, and Forecasting to ensure Supply Chain alignment with execution plan.
Promote and help drive consistency/best practices across network
Help facilitate successful execution on critical path and emergent issues
Help Regions meet customer demands, focusing attention on â! Fulfillment 5â business goals
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelorâs Degree in Engineering or related or High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years professional experience
Minimum of 10 years of ST field service experience, or related power industry experience
