We are looking for Call Center Sales Supervisor to join our team in New York. We have openings in the following locations:

Manhattan

Wantagh

Great River

Valhalla

Position Overview

You will be charged with managing sales and service calls from Verizon's residential customers involving TV, data and voice technology and products. Responsibilities include:

Leading and coaching a team of approximately 20 sales representatives in a consumer sales and service call center environment to achieve and exceed sales objectives.

Using innovative and creative thinking to get desired results.

Identifying performance and trai! ning needs, and developing and executing formal documented pla! ns to achieve sales growth.

Creating a positive work environment by motivating, recognizing and engaging employees with fairness and integrity.

Conducting individualized coaching and feedback sessions to stress the sales and service process.

Communicating and working effectively with the Union.

Requirements and Core Competencies

2 or more years sales experience in a sales commissioned environment.

2 or more years supervisor experience in a sales call center environment.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate the ability to effectively follow-up and communicate with all levels of the organization.

Strong project planning and execution skills; able to manage multiple priorities with effective time management and organization skills in an ever-changing, fast paced environment.

Schedule flexibility to include evenings and weekends.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree. !

Prefer mastery of sales processes.

Prefer prior experience supervising unionized employees.
