Review and enter Accounts Payable invoices
Accounts Receivable invoicing, collection emails/calls
G/L analyses, prepare monthly reconc! iliations, and provide recommendations for
accuracy/efficiency
Special projects and perform other duties, as required
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Balance Sheet accounts and Profit & Loss statements
Detailed oriented and good organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment is a necessity
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent education and experience
1-3 years accounting related experience
Good communication skills
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Office, and Accounting Systems
