Description: BMPC is employing Employee Communications Professional right now, this vacancy will be placed in New York. For detail informations about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. Job Description:Intermediate/Senior:
The Communications Professional will be part of the
Human Resources department and will be responsible for
partnering with ! Human Resources, Leadership Team and key
stakeholders on manager and employee communications. The
communications will include written, web based, video
and in-person presentations. The individual will also
work on projects, including roll out of the strategic
business plan, organizational announcements and key
messaging. The Communications Professional will partner
with the leadership team on developing creative,
effective, and professional communications strategies,
plans and will execute to plans.
The Communications Professional will also work on
employee morale events, including small event planning.

Job Requirements:Intermediate:

  • BS / BA in Communications, Human Resources
Management, Business Management/Administration or
equivalent degree from an accredited college or
university and a minimum of two years of relevant
experience; or MS degree in Communications, Human Resources Management, Business
Management/Administration! from an accredited college
or university.
  • Internal employee communications experience
  • Adobe inDesign or Photoshop experience
Senior:
  • BS / BA in Communications, Human Resources
Management, Business Management/Administration or
equivalent degree from an accredited college or
university and a minimum of six years of relevant
experience; or MS degree in Communications, Human
Resources Management, Business
Management/Administration from an accredited college
or university.
  • Internal employee communications experience
  • Adobe inDesign and Photoshop experience
