 Global Compliance & Regulatory Management 
 Global Compliance & Regulatory Management plays a critical role in the successful execution of the firm's compliance mission. The Compliance function ensures the development and maintenance of a strong compliance culture by developing and maintaining program infrastructure that identifies measures and monitors adherence with applicable laws, regulations and rules that govern our business globally. Compliance teams work closely with business, legal, risk, and audit functions to provide expertise on regulatory compliance matters, assess and measure compliance and related risk and, monitor and test the adequacy of the firm's compliance control environment. !   
 Position Description 
 Global Compliance curre!   ntly has opportunities for Project Manager(s) to manage medium to large scale business, process and regulatory projects to meet the needs of the Business. Projects may involve participation from and have an impact on multiple functions and lines of business and will support process and strategic initiatives spanning the areas of Employee Compliance, Surveillance, Compliance Risk Framework and Regulatory Reporting. 
 Core Responsibilities of the Position:
 As assigned, lead projects of varying scope and size through entire project lifecycle. 
 Provide thought leadership and work with business leads in defining, prioritizing and achieving strategic objectives and, ensuring projects delivered meet the approved business requirements. 
 Establish working relationships and routinely interface with project sponsors, business stakeholders, technology, internal/external clients and PMOâs. Demonstrates superior inter-personal skills, conflict resoluti!   on, and negotiating skills 
 Offer constructive options to ensure project tracks to original expectations and scope, assemble project teams, identify resource and/or scheduling conflicts, manage change control, function as an escalation point to keep all parties aware of new and ongoing tasks, assist in the facilitation of issue resolution 
 Experience developing project charters, project plans (Microsoft Project), status reports and risk/issues logs and maintaining project artifacts in SharePoint. 
 Author business requirements documents, good process analysis and mapping skills. Ability to document current vs. target state process maps, gap analyses and data flows. 
 Qualifications 
 5-7 years of experience managing large scale projects and programs for leading financial services firms with track record of superior delivery and execution 
 Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred 
 Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel, !   Access, PowerPoint and use of Microsoft Project. SharePoint knowledge h!   elpful. 
 Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills including conflict resolution and negotiating skills. 
 Excellent writing and presentation skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of audiences, including Compliance senior management, LOB management, Technology and Human Resources 
 Experience performing data analysis on large volumes of data using MS Excel and/or Access helpful 
 Process analysis and mapping skills and ability to document current vs. target state process maps, gap analyses and data flows 
 Experience developing project charters, project plans, status reports and risk/issues logs and maintaining project artifacts in SharePoint 
 Knowledge of JPMorgan Chase organizational hierarchy a plus
