IP Legal Assistant

Description: Special Counsel is presently looking of IP Legal Assistant right now, this job will be placed in New York. Detailed specification about this job opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Large international law firm seeks an IP legal assistant to join its New York office. Minimum of 4 years experience required, including foreign and domestic prosecution and docketing. Responsibilities include managing and docketing the domestic and foreign trademark portfolios, as well as, patent client portfolios; trademark searching and clearance; US and foreign prosecution; preparing trademark applications; and preparing patent applications, statements of use, declarations, assignments, renewals, and other documents for filing with USPTO. Ability to cite check and bluebook, a plus.
Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills and ! ability to work in a team environment required. Bachelors degree required. Salary commensurate with experience.
