PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Associate, Financial Services primarily serves as business development support for the Managing Director of the group and is expected to be an individual contributor for client generation and assigned contracts across our Intelligence Portfolio of Services ( progressive Market Research suite of products) programs . The Associate will be responsible for generating meetings for the Managing Director, client management (pharmaceutical manufacturers, consultancies, and financial institutions), and administration for the Group. The Associate is! expected to proactively cold call, follow up, manage accounts! , arrange meetings, spearhead lead gen and marketing initiatives, and all other tasks necessary to advance the objectives of the group
Responsibilities will include, but is not be limited to:
Business Development
Develop a working knowledge of financial services and pharma industries including competitive landscape
Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate leads via phone and email.
Secure meetings
Introduce WorldOne products and services to prospects and existing clients
Meet designated prospect and meeting targets
Management/Administration
Work with Account Management team to drive existing client usage and revenue activity
Set up, track and account for all prospect and client activity
Be accountable for client delight and customer engagement
Serve as part of the proposal team for large projects
Individual Contributor
Coordinate and lead pro! ject kickoff meetings for assigned clients to ensure all involved parties understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities
Monitor productivity and quality of data collection to produce regular updates and performance reports on project status
Monitor and contribute to deliverables, ensuring quality standards are met and client expectations are exceeded
Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Healthcare industry/Financial Services industry market knowledge a plus
2+ years Sales experience, preferably in the Healthcare/Financial services field.
Strong communication skills
Dedicated to quality and responsiveness
Project management experience
Ability to work with remote teams and managers
Experience and a good comfort level with cold calling, account management and sales
Ability to manage multiple online projects accurately and on-time in a fast-p! aced environment where moving deadlines and other changes often occur i! n real time.
Experience in qualitative project management
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook and Word, and be a quick learner of new technologies/software.
Results and performance driven: enthusiasm to cross train, take on ambitious goals and over-deliver results
Comfortable in an environment where priorities can shift rapidly; resilient and adaptive to change
