The Customer Service Representative must have excellent interpersonal skills that allow for effective working relationships with our diverse customer base, colleagues, and production team; this includes listening, sales, and problem solving skills. Responsibilities include initiating customer communications with initial contacts and appropriate follow-up regarding customerâs parts, create and maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and taking steps to help resolve customers issues. Work with ! internal production staff to ensure that appropriate changes w! ere made to resolve customers' problems and notify them of results and any planned adjustments.
Qualifications:
Associates or bachelorâs degree preferred/High School Diploma required. Must possess the ability to interpret historical data and assess current Company capabilities with customer needs and identify capability mismatches. Requires intermediate computer skills, positive and professional oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service, effective and efficient time management, interpreting blueprints, paying close attention to detail and basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, compute rate, ratio and percentages.
