Do you have strong customer service and communication skills?
Great facility not affiliated with any insurance company or hospital system so patient needs help drive the planning process
Obtaining medical history patient / family
Conduct physical exam and activity of daily living
Evaluate patient / family / home situation to best determine level of health teaching required
40 hr weeks Monday through Friday
Day and or evening shifts available

Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience required
