Job Title: Administrative Assistant I
Location: ONSITE -Los Angeles , CA - 90089
Duration: 3 months

Job Description:

  • Must be Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for interacting with faculty and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Must know excel and word programs as well as Power point.
  • Answer in-person, telephone and online inquiries.
  • Manage the Faculty Lounge and Staff Lounge Inventories and Supplies.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and events for the Academic Operations team.
  • Make room reservations, set-up conference calls, and make parking reservations. Post events on webpage.
  • Create flyer if necessary.
  • Be able to draft business correspondence.
  • Coordinate and preparation for material distributions for committee and meetings
  • Arrange with vendors for services
  • Coordinate Travel arrangements for speakers
  • Assist with other daily Academic Operations responsibilities
