We're on the lookout for a Recruiting Coordinator who's ready to sprinkle a dash of innovation on our team. As the maestro of coordination, you'll craft unforgettable experiences for the newest members of our support center team. With over 300 full-service restaurants and a whopping 47,500 staff members, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our team's growth and success.

Responsibilities

Here’s more of what you’ll get to do:
  • Create and share custom Interview Guides and Evaluation forms with hiring managers – because preparation is key.
  • Send each applicant who interviews with a Hiring Manager a Cheesecake Gift Card – our way of saying "Thanks for being awesome!".
  • Unleash your creative side as you order/send new hire cakes and curate splendidly delicious welcome baskets.
  • Design new hire introduction slides for announcement to their new teammates – because first impressions are everything.
  • Lights, camera, action! Record welcome Zoom videos for new hires to get that Hollywood-worthy welcome from the Hiring Manager and their new team.
  • Coordinate and schedule New Hire Onboarding and Orientation – you're the architect of welcoming experiences!
  • Dial into your inner detective by completing New Hire follow up calls to gather precious feedback and make sure they have everything they need to be successful.
  • Send and track Hiring Manager and New Hire surveys – making sure everyone's voice is heard.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the new hire Restaurant Experience, Bakery Tour and Executive Speaker Series– let's show them how we roll (and bake)!
  • Manage the summer Intern Immersion Program – offering a hands-on and exciting learning experience for all our interns.
  • Track current corporate temporary employees and facilitate extension approvals as required.
  • Make sure all hourly referral bonus payouts find their way to the right pockets – cha-ching!
  • Celebrate milestones by tracking and maintaining Talent Department Anniversaries and Birthdays – who doesn't love a good Kudoboard?
  • Be our campus crusader by posting jobs to various college career sites – spreading the cheesecake love across many campuses.
  • Show your financial flair by managing and coding the Talent PCard on GRAM.


Qualifications

What we require:
  • At least 1+ year of coordinator experience – preferably in the magical realm of Recruiting/HR.
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • High energy and articulate communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Top notch organizational skills? You've got that in the bag – just like a Cheesecake Factory takeout order.
  • Attention to detail? You spot even the tiniest things wrong that others miss.
  • An unwavering commitment to discretion – confidentiality is your second nature.
What we prefer:
  • Bachelors Degree
