DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:
Job Title: Call Center Associate- Location: Northwest Houston, TX
- Pay: $19-$20
- Hours: Hybrid Remote 3rd shift Nights and Weekends
- Duration: Temp to Hire
- Description of Duties: Assist customers with online equipment orders. Manage accounts, Answer inbound calls, place orders via outbound calls, enter and review orders, follow up with clients
- Requirements: Detail oriented, Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills, ability to take orders over the phone and enter them into database. Ability to type min 40wpm.
